Repeat prescriptions can be ordered either on a repeat request form or by completing one of our order forms which are kept at reception.
We also offer an online prescription ordering service via the link at the top of this page (please phone or ask at reception for registration details). Please note photographic ID is needed for the registration to be completed.
You can also order via post.
We do not take requests by telephone.
Where possible, please give the exact drug names when ordering. Ordering medication is your responsibility!
Please allow 48 working hours before collection and make allowances on weekends and bank holidays.
Help with NHS costs
In England, around 90% of prescription items are dispensed free. This includes exemptions from charging for those on low incomes, such as:
These charges apply in England only. In Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales prescriptions are free of charge.
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC.
